Looking for a public health event, a training opportunity, or your next job in the Philadelphia region? This board brings those listings together in one free, public place.

The Philly Public Health Community Board is for anyone who works, studies, teaches, or has an interest in public health. You do not need a public health degree or an organizational affiliation to use it. Everyone is welcome.

**What will you find here?**

Browse the feed for recent posts, or choose a topic that interests you:

- **Events:** Lectures, webinars, conferences, and community gatherings.
- **Jobs & Opportunities:** Jobs, internships, fellowships, and other ways to get involved.
- **Education & Training:** Courses, workshops, and opportunities to build your skills.
- **Calls & Deadlines:** Requests for proposals, abstracts, applications, and other time-sensitive submissions.
- **Announcements:** Board updates and news for the local public health community.

Each listing includes information to help you decide whether it is relevant to you, along with a link to learn more, register, or apply. Check the publication date, especially when browsing older posts.

**How do I get updates?**

You can read everything on the board without an account or login. Bookmark the site and visit whenever you like.

For email updates, use the site’s **Subscribe** option and enter your email address. Follow any confirmation instructions you receive to complete your signup. Subscribing is optional.

**When will new posts and emails arrive?**

We aim to publish **5–10 new posts each week**, adding items as they become available rather than on a fixed daily schedule.

Our planned email schedule is **one weekly roundup on Monday mornings**, highlighting events, opportunities, and deadlines for the coming weeks. Visit the board between emails to see the latest additions.

**How can I submit something?**

Do you have an event, job opening, training, or announcement to share? Use our [**submission form**](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfudOlSsLGpggHZyeu14ZZai1668X7toXCzuLZ2nl8R%5F1kMhQ/viewform?usp=publish-editor&ref=phillypublichealth.org) to send it for consideration.

Please include:

- The title and a short description.
- The organizing or hiring organization.
- The date, time, location, or online format, as applicable.
- Any cost, eligibility requirements, or deadline.
- A link to the official details, registration page, or application.
- A contact for questions.

Anyone may suggest an item. Please submit it as early as possible so we have time to review it and readers can act on it. Submissions are reviewed before publication, and submitting an item does not guarantee that it will be posted.

**A few things to keep in mind**

The Philly Public Health Community Board is an independent project. **It is not affiliated with the City of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, or any other institution or organization listed here.** Inclusion on the board does not imply endorsement of an event, opportunity, organization, or service.

Listings reflect the information available when published. Dates, availability, costs, and other details may change. Please verify information directly with the organizer or original source before registering, applying, traveling, or making other plans.

Our goal is simple: make it easier to find out what is happening across Philadelphia’s public health community, without creating another inbox full of email.

Take a look around, share the board with someone who might find it useful, and help us keep the community informed.
